This project aims to transform old industrial buildings into lively commercial districts for Hong Kong’s evolving urban needs by re-purposing underused structures. This improves land use efficiency and encourages economic growth. The renovated areas will serve as offices and retail spaces, supporting a dynamic commercial atmosphere.
