This project, under the revitalisation scheme, aims to transform old industrial buildings into vibrant commercial areas that meet Hong Kong’s evolving urban needs by repurposing underused structures, thereby enhancing land utilisation and stimulating economic growth. These renovated spaces can serve as offices and retail outlets, creating a dynamic mix of commerce.
