This project involves replacing a worn-out chiller coil in the hospital’s central cooling system to restore optimal thermal performance and ensure continuous climate control in critical care areas. The scope covers dismantling the current coil, installing a high-efficiency replacement, and performing necessary piping, insulation, and system integration tasks. The upgrade aims to enhance energy efficiency, lower maintenance costs, and meet healthcare HVAC standards. Phased execution and coordination with facility management will minimise disruption to hospital operations.
